Now I have a problem with Sunpura Casino. I am playing there sinds May 2021. I am a gold VIP member with 5783 points. So I am not new or a small player. I had withdraws in total for more then 20k in the past. Now I deposit 2k and won 3k.
They are doing everything to cancel my withdraw. They made me crazy.
I needed to verify my account again despite it is verified. So again had to send my id with a selfie.
But now it comes. They asked me for salary papers from last 6 months. After that they asked me for my bankpapers showing that salary went to my bank. Even that I send them because otherwise they won't help you. But now it comes. They did not accept that and forced me to send my bank papers from last 6 months!! 76 pages of privacy is now in their hands. They know more about me and how I spend my money then my friends or family. Even if I have a netflix subscription or order things from sexshops. I do not but I have other things. 6 months of my Financial is in their hands and they will do the same to you!
I said this could not be legal. They gave me no option. They said we need all 6 months of your bank slip. I write forced because it was this or I could not verify and so could not withdraw. I have all this on whatsapp conversation with them. I felt very bad but I had no choice. i needed the money. I just feel in my bones this can not be legal. They can abuse this information in the wrong hands. They know so much about me now. And this is where you end if you win. If you loose your money is gone. And if you win this is what you get. Think about that.
You would expect that after this they will payout. No! Then I had to wait more then 24 hours and it is cancelled again. They just cancel it and you need to log in and check if it is cancelled. So I log in 20 times a day. And after it is cancelled you need to contact them to ask why. I must say there is no waiting time at chat help desk. So that is the only good thing in this story. Now they send me 6 questions I need to answer. For additional verification of my account. 1. Main source of income. 2. other source of income. 3. Total earnings. 4. Total spendings. 5. Employment status. 6. My primary occupation.
So i answered this all and dit a withdraw again. Now it is cancelled because they want a selfie with my ID showing my elbow and hand and shoulder! I already sent them this before 2x.
I have contact with whatsapp. I send mails. Everytime they figure out something to cancel my withdraw. And I am a verified player who has done more then 10 withdraws in te past. They stressed me so much that I lost 10k (my all winnings yesterday) at other casino because they did same trick. It was stupid of me. I panicked. I had to be cool in my head. But I stressed and thought they will not pay me. I started playing very big and lost everything in couple hours. So this was the first (and last) time I won huge at a casino and I screwed it up. You think that is. It is just a bunch of people who are there officially for helping you. But in real life they are there to trick you play more and more. They build up a fake friendship and trick you. See it as a friend with a bad habbit and everytimes trick you to do the same things.
I needed that 10k so much from yesterday. But this is life and this is their business. I was stupid. I immediately closed my account at crazyfox. And I will do the same when I get my withdraw from SUNPURA casino. I really hope I will never ever play casino game in the future. I am really done with it.
This all experience made me feel so miserable that loosing money when playing is much better then going through this. I send mails to everyone I contacted ever before at Sunpura. I contacted my VIP manager with whatsapp. I even contacted the normal chat service guy for my withdraw. They all do the same trick: "It looks normal". Lets wait for the department. And after 1 day it is cancelled. Maybe today they will ask for a selfie from my dog. Or if want to share passwords of my mailbox. Unbelievable.
Please help me to end this nightmare. Please help me to get the withdraw of 3.286 euro from SUNPURA CASINO.
