SlotNeo — Approximately 36,000 USDT Withheld

I am posting this thread to document my ongoing dispute with SlotNeo, involving approximately 36,000 USDT that remain withheld from my account.
I opened my SlotNeo account in May 2026 and deposited approximately 27,032 USDT in USDT (ERC-20) from my fully verified MEXC account. During my play, my balance reached approximately 36,000 USDT.
I previously completed withdrawals totaling 2,500 USDT. Shortly afterwards, SlotNeo closed my account, stating that it had concerns regarding my account and AML status.
I fully cooperated with the verification process and voluntarily provided extensive KYC/AML and Source of Funds documentation, including Revolut statements, MEXC transaction records, employment income documentation, tax information and other evidence supporting the legitimate source of my funds.
Despite this, SlotNeo did not release the remaining funds.
SlotNeo subsequently offered me approximately 6,259 USDT as a settlement. I did not accept this offer, as I believe I am entitled to the funds legitimately held in my account.
The dispute was also investigated by another site for approximately five months.
After initially closing the complaint, they later reopened and reassessed my case.
Following that reassessment, supported my position and contacted SlotNeo, asking the casino to reconsider the case and pay my funds/winnings.
This is an important part of the case because they independently reviewed the circumstances and evidence before reaching its position.

Pubblico questo thread per documentare la mia controversia in corso con SlotNeo , relativa a circa 36.000 USDT che risultano ancora bloccati sul mio conto.
Ho aperto il mio conto SlotNeo a maggio 2026 e ho depositato circa 27.032 USDT in USDT (ERC-20) dal mio conto MEXC completamente verificato. Durante le mie sessioni di gioco, il mio saldo ha raggiunto circa 36.000 USDT .
In precedenza avevo effettuato prelievi per un totale di 2.500 USDT . Poco dopo, SlotNeo ha chiuso il mio conto, affermando di avere dubbi in merito al mio conto e alla conformità alle normative antiriciclaggio.
Ho collaborato pienamente al processo di verifica e ho fornito volontariamente un'ampia documentazione KYC/AML e sulla provenienza dei fondi , inclusi estratti conto Revolut, registri delle transazioni MEXC, documentazione relativa ai redditi da lavoro dipendente, informazioni fiscali e altre prove a supporto della legittima provenienza dei miei fondi.
Nonostante ciò, SlotNeo non ha sbloccato i fondi rimanenti.
SlotNeo mi ha successivamente offerto circa 6.259 USDT a titolo di risarcimento. Non ho accettato l'offerta , in quanto ritengo di avere diritto ai fondi legittimamente detenuti nel mio conto.
La controversia è stata oggetto di indagine da parte di un altro sito per circa cinque mesi .
Dopo aver inizialmente archiviato il reclamo, lo hanno successivamente riaperto e rivalutato il mio caso .
In seguito a tale rivalutazione, ho sostenuto la mia posizione e ho contattato SlotNeo, chiedendo al casinò di riconsiderare il caso e di pagarmi i fondi/le vincite .
Questo è un aspetto importante del caso perché hanno esaminato in modo indipendente le circostanze e le prove prima di giungere a tale conclusione.
