We've received a response from the casino. They said that they contacted you on 11/27/2019 and that you didn't accept their feedback nor did you accept their offer of a bonus to try agan.
As per their words, you requested your account to be closed for a cooling off period. However, the casino is willing to look at your issue once again and offer a higher bonus if you're interested.
