Pacific and limitless consistently send out promos for 50 free spins. I get at least two or three a week. They claim that they are not responsible for what the marketing dept sends out. That absolutely boggles my mind because in all my years in customer service I never heard that excuse. They should honor what is sent or don't send it.

The casino responded, acknowledging that occasionally promotions can reach players who aren't eligible to claim them. In any case, you should no longer receive promotions for which you are ineligible, since we have reminded them to pay attention.
