    Hi.
    I have used Inetbet's latest free chip, had been lucky enough to meet WR and I made a withdrawal request.
    Today I found that my withdrawal has been declined and my winnings forfeited.
    In their email they told me that I have used 4 free chips and that I haven't made deposit in between.
    I checked my acc history and found that I did used four codes after my last deposit.
    The real problem is following:
    Only two of these free chips were, lets call it, real nd bonus, this last one for 5$ free and their friday promo with 5 free spins.
    Other  two free bonus codes I used were meant to be used for their promo Slots challenge.
    From these two chips you are not allowed to withdraw any winnings, cause they are just for playing slots.
    I am regular player at Inetbet casino and I have never had any problem with them before.
    I just can't agree with them in a matter of those free chips: How can it be called bonus if you can't cashout from it?

    Ho utilizzato l'ultimo chip gratuito di Inetbet, ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare WR e ho effettuato una richiesta di prelievo.
    Oggi ho scoperto che il mio prelievo è stato rifiutato e le mie vincite sono state perse.
    Nella loro e-mail mi hanno detto che ho utilizzato 4 chip gratuiti e che non ho effettuato depositi nel frattempo.
    Ho controllato la cronologia dei miei acc e ho scoperto di aver utilizzato quattro codici dopo il mio ultimo deposito.
    Il vero problema è il seguente:
    Solo due di queste fiche gratuite erano, chiamiamole così, vere e bonus, quest'ultima per 5 $ gratis e la loro promozione del venerdì con 5 giri gratuiti.
    Altri due codici bonus gratuiti che ho utilizzato dovevano essere utilizzati per la loro sfida promozionale sulle slot.
    Da queste due fiche non è possibile prelevare alcuna vincita, perché servono solo per giocare alle slot.
    Sono un giocatore abituale del casinò Inetbet e non ho mai avuto problemi con loro prima.
    Non riesco proprio a essere d'accordo con loro riguardo alle fiches gratuite: come può essere chiamato bonus se non puoi incassarlo?

    It is really simple. You cannot cashout on a free bonus if you claimed two or more consecutive chips in a row.

    È davvero semplice. Non puoi incassare un bonus gratuito se hai richiesto due o più fiches consecutive di seguito.
