We got feedback from the casino regarding your case. They informed us that all these days they were waiting for you to send them a correct bank statement.
Monday, Jan. 11, 2021 the processor confirms that the account # the customer-submitted online when he processed the payout request was incorrect. This same day the funds were returned to the customer’s account & on Jan. 12, 2021 a Bitcoin payout was requested and approved.
I would also like to mention that during this time the customer also requested 3 bitcoin payments for a total of $2500USD that were successfully processed and received.We appreciate it if you can confirm it so we can close this case.

Abbiamo ricevuto feedback dal casinò riguardo al tuo caso. Ci hanno informato che per tutti questi giorni stavano aspettando che tu inviassi loro un estratto conto corretto.
Lunedì 11 gennaio 2021 il processore conferma che il numero di conto inviato online dal cliente quando ha elaborato la richiesta di pagamento non era corretto. Lo stesso giorno i fondi sono stati restituiti al conto del cliente e il 12 gennaio 2021 è stato richiesto e approvato un pagamento in Bitcoin.
Vorrei inoltre menzionare che durante questo periodo il cliente ha richiesto anche 3 pagamenti bitcoin per un totale di $ 2500 USD che sono stati elaborati e ricevuti con successo.Apprezziamo se puoi confermarlo in modo da poter chiudere questo caso.
