Parimatch blocked my account and my withdrawals only because I won some amount. I've been Parimatch user since almost 5 years.
I've sent all the required documents they asked such as
1. Selfie with aadhar
2. selfie with pan
3. selfie with passport
4. selfie with both aadhar and pan
5. White paper on which my details are written like ID, first name last name, "For Parimatch" as they requested.
6.Astropay statement with personal details.
They are neither verifying nor giving me withdrawals and in customer chat one guy says account blocked and I will not get again and other support person says i will get my account. They don't even know what they are doing at this point.
Please help.
Hope this complaint doesn't get deleted as I'm seeking help from you guys and I don't have any other option as this is huge money for me.

Non stanno né verificando né dandomi prelievi e nella chat del cliente un ragazzo dice che l'account è bloccato e non lo riceverò più e un'altra persona dell'assistenza dice che otterrò il mio account. Non sanno nemmeno cosa stanno facendo a questo punto.
Per favore aiuto.
Spero che questo reclamo non venga cancellato perché sto cercando aiuto da voi ragazzi e non ho altra opzione perché per me si tratta di un sacco di soldi. -

We would love to be able to help you out but the representatives are not responsive to the complaints we sent to them.
As you're aware from your previous 2 complaints regarding the same brand we never heard back from them so we can only close your complaint now and mark it unresolved.
