Had a win and tried to withdraw $1950. Instead, Ozwin said I broke the rules and took 2,000 from my acc. Their reason is I added a bonus on top of my winnings. Even though they are saying I broke the rules, they refunded my $100 deposit

I apparently broke the rules by claiming a bonus on top of money I had already won. I tried to withdraw $2000 and they declined it. They then took my $2000 and credited my account with my initial $100 deposit. The $2000 was sitting in my account for over a month due to them stuffing me around with my verification.

Thanks. I doubt anything can be done here since mixing of funds is not allowed in any of the casinos. The casino support agent explained it well. We can notify the rep but I'm afraid he won't be able to help you.
