I haven't received my withdrawal from New Fun Club after several issues. All methods of contacting them are not working and they are not responding. Now, since yesterday the site says it's not available in my location and I am not able to log in. I have a withdrawal of $102 minus the transaction fee and I don't have any point of contact with them to resolve it. I would like to also update my BTC address for withdrawal. Please, let me know if there is anyone that can help resolve this issue.

I wagered on a free chip and then I was told to make a deposit in order to withdraw. I made the deposit and was told I could not withdraw due to mixed funds. In order to resolve this issue I was given a free chip of $100 with wager requirements. I met the wager requirements and tried to withdraw. I am not getting any responses back in regards to my withdrawal from New Fun Club and the site now says they are not available in my territory. I also wanted to change my BTC withdrawal address but I cannot log in. I researched and have seen that New Fun Club is known to abandon their customers with pending withdrawals. I am asking for your help to dispute the amount of $102 for withdrawal. I am not getting any responses from chat, phone calls, or emails from New Fun Club.

The website is accessible and I'm able to log in again (please reach out to them). I am sending attachments and screenshots. I wagered on a free chip (don't have the exact date) and was told to make a deposit to withdraw in the chat (I don't have access to previous chat messages). I made my deposit on 03/06/25. Then, I was told I had mixed funds and cannot withdraw on 03/13/25. Somewhere around this time a New Fun Club agent even called me about the issue. They wanted me to forfeit my balance without anything in return. Finally, an agent allowed me to play and wager on the free chip again to get the balance. They really ghosted me after I sent my KYC documents. I was asked to complete KYC on 3/20/25 and I sent everything the same day. I was asked to resend my bank statement, and that is when I was given the support site information on 03/29/25. I uploaded my bank statement on the website and haven't heard anything else from New Fun Club about the status of my withdrawal since. I thought it was an issue on my side so I canceled and tried to withdraw several times. The last time I tried to withdraw was on 04/03/25.
