I was playing on Caxino and they suddenly tell me we dont do withdraws to banks anymore. I was surprised and they told me about Muchbetter was the only option and i tried it. Ive never experienced a worse costumer service and tbh i think my money is lost or i at least have to wait months for this. I have 285euro on muchbetter but cant press anything. It says "Something went wrong, contact support" and thats just a joke when they have no support. I closed my account with Caxino for forcing me to use this app and maybe it works but for now im furious and no one should go thru this. You can see the money but have no idea how to access it and they say we will get back to you within 24 hours and thats just false. Then you read the reviews on muchbetter and i feel the money is lost. Stay away from wildz and caxino because they only use muchbetter now and thats a pain to use
