I find it very misleading that they count the buy in as one bet. So I was denied a payout because I used the buy feature button. They then tried to offer me a $20 exception chip to appease me.

I am going to try and explain first what occurred and try to be as precise as possible. As you all may know the max bet per hand rule is set as a fair play regulation to give everyone a fair chance to convert from bonuses they use. Amplifying a bet using a buy-in feature or bonus buy future will target a game at it's best chance for a win and is done with a higher bet by player choice. Going up to x100 from the original bet and x20 of the max bet per hand will fade other users' chances in comparison to a win on those features.
However, our management did decide to make an exception as this is the first time the player came against this issue, and the customer support agent that communicated with the user raised a ticket for the management to ask for an exception. The exception was approved, the payout was processed to the player and I just hope we have remedied the harm done.Tweakend, I congratulate you on your winnings, I sincerely apologize if any miscommunication led to the inconvenience, and hope you will have a plentiful stay at Mr. O Casino!
