This is really a continuation of the original complaint I had initiated against this casino, about denying my verification.
Their issue was about my photo ID. My photo ID is actually a combination of two official documents. The front side is my Citizen of the Cherokee Nation ID, and shows my legal name. The reverse side shows our Certified Degree of Indian Blood, usually abbreviated as CDIB. The CDIB is issued at birth by the US federal government, and being issued at birth shows my maiden name. Our CDIB is not usually updated when we have a name change due to marriage.
The casino accused me of fraud, because of the different last names on the front and back of my ID. I explained the reason why it was like that, but they literally scoffed at the notion, declaring that, "there is no document in the whole world where the full name on the front side doesn't match with the full name on the back side for any reason." I decided to retract my original complaint, though, because I felt their complaint was not an unreasonable one. Without knowing more about what the two sides are actually about, I would think it is certainly unusual for their to be an inconsistency with the last name.
So...last Thursday I travelled to our main government office with a name change request form to change my last name on the CDIB, as well as update my address on the front side. I left with a brand new ID, and it shows my married name now on the back. After submitting new pictures, their initial reply was the exact same, verbatim, word for word copy of their initial denial! This denial claims that the photo is blurry and they ask for a new selfie. It is a pre-canned response, calling into question if they even look at the attached files. The "selfie" pic is at 3000x4000 pixel resolution...there is zero issue with legibility.
I would like to point out, that no other casino has had any issue with my ID. This is the only one that took issue with my maiden name being on the reverse side. That ID was and still is a 100% authentic and official government issued ID. I still went through the trouble to update my ID, and have presented this new ID that removes their "issue" with my ID.
I apologized when I retracted my previous complaint, as I felt their complaint wasn't entirely unreasonable, despite not being valid. On the other hand, they have not apologized for accusing me of attempting fraud. They do not act in good faith in their verification process.

Questa è in realtà la continuazione del reclamo originale che avevo presentato contro questo casinò, riguardo al rifiuto della mia verifica.
Il loro problema riguardava il mio documento d'identità con foto. In realtà, il mio documento d'identità con foto è una combinazione di due documenti ufficiali. Il lato anteriore è la mia carta d'identità di cittadino della Nazione Cherokee e riporta il mio nome legale. Il lato posteriore riporta il nostro Certificato di Discendenza Indiana, solitamente abbreviato in CDIB. Il CDIB viene rilasciato alla nascita dal governo federale degli Stati Uniti e, essendo rilasciato alla nascita, riporta il mio cognome da nubile. Il nostro CDIB di solito non viene aggiornato in caso di cambio di nome dovuto a matrimonio.
Il casinò mi ha accusato di frode a causa dei cognomi diversi sul fronte e sul retro del mio documento d'identità. Ho spiegato il motivo di questa discrepanza, ma loro hanno letteralmente deriso l'idea, dichiarando che "non esiste al mondo un documento in cui il nome completo sul fronte non corrisponda al nome completo sul retro per qualsiasi motivo". Ho deciso di ritirare la mia denuncia iniziale, perché ritenevo che la loro obiezione non fosse irragionevole. Senza conoscere i dettagli dei due lati del documento, ritengo che sia piuttosto insolito che ci sia una discrepanza nel cognome.
Quindi... giovedì scorso mi sono recata presso la sede centrale del governo con un modulo di richiesta di cambio nome per modificare il mio cognome sul CDIB e aggiornare l'indirizzo sul fronte. Sono uscita con un documento d'identità nuovo di zecca, che ora riporta il mio cognome da sposata sul retro. Dopo aver inviato nuove foto, la loro risposta iniziale è stata esattamente la stessa, parola per parola, copia del loro rifiuto iniziale! In questo rifiuto affermano che la foto è sfocata e chiedono un nuovo selfie. È una risposta preconfezionata, il che fa sorgere il dubbio che guardino effettivamente i file allegati. La foto "selfie" ha una risoluzione di 3000x4000 pixel... non c'è alcun problema di leggibilità.
Vorrei precisare che nessun altro casinò ha mai avuto problemi con il mio documento d'identità. Questo è l'unico che ha contestato la presenza del mio cognome da nubile sul retro. Quel documento era, e rimane, autentico al 100% e rilasciato da un ente governativo. Nonostante ciò, mi sono presa la briga di aggiornarlo e ho presentato il nuovo documento che risolve il loro "problema".
Mi sono scusato quando ho ritirato la mia precedente denuncia, poiché ritenevo che la loro accusa non fosse del tutto irragionevole, pur non essendo valida. D'altra parte, non si sono scusati per avermi accusato di tentata frode. Non agiscono in buona fede nel loro processo di verifica.
