I wanted to post an update since I've had communication with customer support. Apparently the identity verification system is under maintenance and the casino doesn't have a timeframe for it's restoration. I was also informed there is no alternative to verify my identity so my redemption can be processed.
Volevo pubblicare un aggiornamento perché ho avuto contatti con l'assistenza clienti. A quanto pare, il sistema di verifica dell'identità è in manutenzione e il casinò non ha specificato i tempi per il suo ripristino. Sono stato anche informato che non esiste un'alternativa per verificare la mia identità in modo che il mio riscatto possa essere elaborato.
