I have made a deposit to WG Casino and received a bonus which I had to wager. Lost all the bonus money and wagering which would void the bonus activation itself, later on decided to make a deposit to play other slots but was not allowed as the bonus and wagering that I had lost was still active even tho no more funds were available. I requested the bonus to be removed so I could play other slots, the bonus was in fact removed but they took the 60eur deposit that was made as well. After such great news decided to request a call from my account manager to talk about the issue , but now even the live chat was blocked for me so can't even talk with the manager. which in fact does not make sense given that on Sunday I was informed that my account manager would only be available to make a call to me on Tuesday after 12:00pm. Today is Tuesday and way past 12:00pm , my account manager is nowhere to be seen and before being blocked from live chat every agent who I spoke to kept avoiding questions about bonuses or refunds. I am glad that I manage to not spend much with this casino as the games that offered over 96% RTP don't even pay. PLEASE AVOID WG CASINO!!!! Complete SCAM

Ho effettuato un deposito su WG Casino e ho ricevuto un bonus che dovevo scommettere. Ho perso tutto il denaro bonus e le scommesse che avrebbero annullato l'attivazione del bonus stesso, in seguito ho deciso di effettuare un deposito per giocare ad altre slot ma non mi è stato consentito poiché il bonus e le scommesse che avevo perso erano ancora attivi anche se non erano più disponibili fondi. Ho richiesto la rimozione del bonus per poter giocare ad altre slot, il bonus è stato infatti rimosso ma hanno preso anche il deposito di 60 euro effettuato. Dato che non ho nemmeno utilizzato il deposito, è stato richiesto un rimborso poiché avevo solo bisogno della cancellazione del bonus e non della cancellazione del mio conto. Dopo una notizia così fantastica ho deciso di richiedere una chiamata al mio account manager per parlare del problema, ma ora anche la chat dal vivo è stata bloccata per me, quindi non posso nemmeno parlare con il manager. il che in effetti non ha senso visto che domenica mi è stato comunicato che il mio account manager sarebbe stato disponibile a chiamarmi solo martedì dopo le 12:00. Oggi è martedì e sono passate le 12:00, il mio account manager non si vede da nessuna parte e prima di essere bloccato dalla live chat ogni agente con cui ho parlato ha continuato a evitare domande su bonus o rimborsi.
