So far "the withdrawal conditions for the experience fund have not been met", which means that the amount in his account was originally in a state that cannot be withdrawn.2. The discount received by the player which can play on sports bets had ended as early as 1 year ago on 8/8/2021 already.
Meaning even he passed the KYC, he still cannot withdraw within the time limit.3. Ukraine is a banned country that the player cannot login or complete the remaining withdrawal conditions currently.
Even if the player is released from the freeze, in case he uses the VPN to complete the withdrawal conditions, he also violates the Terms and Conditions. According to the Terms and Conditions clearly states that our website prohibits the use of VPN."The Konibet Casino Representative has nicely explained that you weren't able to withdraw these funds even when Ukraine was eligible. Therefore these funds can not be withdrawn either in the past or in the current as Ukraine is now restricted.
