The casino have now closed me out of support chat and I am unable to communicate with them.

Adding more picture proof of support being misleading, ignoring messages, changing the subject etc.
In picture 1, support is seen giving me the instruction to start commujnicating with the email adress.
In picture 2 you can see the me asking concerns to the email and it being ignored.
In picture 3, notice the time difference between the conversation with support (when I asked for a chatlog to be sent) and when the chatlog actually was sent. Both show same timezone. This is because they blocked me from support.
I know this, because I accessed it agan using a different mail, because the chat is a third party service removed from the casino account, and support magically answered me. I am again not recieveing my chatlog requests after being blocked a second time.
Picture 4. is me explaning to the agent that his email does not offer any help either, with picture proof. The agent ofc, ignores this problem totaly and triews to change the subjet to the KYC approval. The email has been radio silent since I supplied my KYC documents for a second time.

Nell'immagine 3, nota la differenza di fuso orario tra la conversazione con l'assistenza (quando ho chiesto l'invio di un log della chat) e il momento in cui il log è stato effettivamente inviato. Entrambi mostrano lo stesso fuso orario. Questo perché mi hanno bloccato l'assistenza.
Lo so perché ci ho avuto accesso di nuovo usando un'altra email, perché la chat è un servizio di terze parti rimosso dall'account del casinò, e l'assistenza mi ha magicamente risposto. Di nuovo non ricevo le mie richieste di chatlog dopo essere stato bloccato per la seconda volta.
Nella foto 4 spiego all'agente che anche la sua email non offre alcun aiuto, con tanto di foto come prova. L'agente ovviamente ignora completamente il problema e cerca di cambiare l'oggetto in "approvazione KYC". L'email è rimasta in silenzio da quando ho fornito i miei documenti KYC per la seconda volta.

There is a difference to having to do a KYC again and having a casino tell you you never did it in the first place, when your account says you are verified WHILE they are saying you are not.

I have not gotten any update on if they actually verified it or not. But they have as of now paid out my winnings. You can mark this as resolved, but I do hope that it reflects on the casinos trustworthyness score to not be transparant and communicative in this.
