I got a $20 free chip at JC casino. Beat the playthru and ready for cash out, but the max cash out is $100 while the minimum cash out is $150 plus $30 fee. I had a chat with Charsima (maybe spelling wrong) this morning and I could tell she's been busy and did not want to help (forgot to copy the chat). Anyway, I told her that I cashed out once like this before in 2011. Someone just took $30 fee out and sent me a check $70. I suggested her to do it the same for me, but she said "NO, can't do" . That's about it.
Just hope a rep from JC casino here can help me out on this issue. Thanks

That will not solve the problem. The max I can cash out is $100, so it does not matter if I win it up to whatever amount, I still can only cash out $100. Back in 2011, they just took $30 fee out and sent me a check of $70. Just wonder why they won't do it this time. BTW, my balance was around $200 and after making the playthrough, it dropped to $100.

I understand that Taaadaaa but they are saying you must build your balance to a sufficient amount in order to make the withdrawal. They will still only pay you the $100 (-$30 fee) but you have to build it in order to withdraw.
They don't seem to want to budge on it either.
If you want me to give it another go - just let me know and I'll have a word.
