SO I seem to always win at casinos that have communication issues with it's clients. I have been trying since the 10th to connect with the payment department of Heapsowins casino after having made a withdrawal request. This casino seems to be having a server issue with emails because I have sent numerous emails to payments@heapsofwins.com and Support@heapsofwins.com. And I keep getting delivery status returns from google which state: There was a temporary problem delivering your message to payments@heapsofwins.com. Gmail will retry for 20 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. I have 10 of these messages from Google for both of these departments. I have unsuccessfully tried to explain this situation to support in the chat bot but there seems to be a lack of comprehending anything regarding Support emails and any thing to do with financial and their emails. The Chat bot support personal only repeat form instructions. Send an email to payments@heapsofwins.com make sure you send your bitcoin addy the name of the bitcoin service you are using. Your user name and the name of the casino you have made the request with???
Heaps of wins payment department had a problem with using Cash app to send withdrawal but of course they don't contact me and tell me this. I find out when I again contact support in the chat bot. SO they again tell me to send a new bitcoin addy other than Cash App. So I also have a Coinbase account so I sent that bitcoin addy and all the rest of the information again. I again received the delayed delivery status email from Google so I told this to support in the chat bot and they again told me to email support@heapsofwins.com with a note to forward the information on to the payment department. Well I tried to explain that I did that already and got a delayed deliver status for them too.
SO I am wondering if someone here can help me get this issue settled and my withdrawal request processed!!!!
