ive won $890 from this casino bout a month or so ago, when i requested for a payout they've asked me to submit some documents which i did the very same time as i was excited to cashout my win. then after 24 hours i tried to signed back in and guess what theyve locked my account saying that my account is in the process of being reviewed. i asked them how long this process is they said with in 48 nhours.. and beleive it or not until this day i havent received a penny from them... tha last time they told me theyll just do refund instead of paying me with my winnings. they cant give me definite answer as to why they have to do that. with that being said they sendmea document i have to sign to be able to get my refund and still theyre not giving meany of my money... they supposed to pay me $283thats for all the timesivepalyed and lost.. because they dont want to give me my winnings..... can anybody from lucky24/7 or anybody in general helpme with my problem? coz theyre now making a fool out me,ik compliedtoevery request the asked for, i dont understand why are they giving me a hard time.... im feeling hopelessnow, coz they mademe sign some document where asthedocument saythey shoul pay me as soon as the document were sent back signed byme... its been 2 months now. i dunno know if imgetting paid with wat is mine. if there is any rep forlucky 24/7 . pls get in touch ...tnx and have good one
