I requested a withdrawal last week. I then waited for 72 hours for the withdrawal to be processed as is stated on the website and as agents reiterated to me more than once. One that period elapsed I enquired abd the agent told me nothing of substance. I asked her to communicate with the payments department to ask them for a timeframe for resolution and she didn't do so, simply stating that she can't offer me a timeframe. This is unconscionable. I have done my part and waited and yet these people offered no apology, no explanation, and couldn't even give me an idea of when this will be resolved. This is bad behavior and I would simply like for my withdrawal to be processed immediately. Had the agent actually communicated with the payments department and had they given me at least an idea of when the withdrawal will be processed then I wouldn't be filing this complaint. However the expectation that I should just blindly wait for the withdrawal to be processed, after already waiting a significant amount of time, is completely unaceptable. As for my details at the casino, there are no usernames at Cashwin but the email that is in my account with them is tmfana10****.com. Please hide it once you've read this message.
