I too played many years and had no problems til last year. I've been due nearly $5000 and had many promises my payout was in the next batch however March 8th it's been a full year! Very disappointed in how things were handled. Now the accounting(at)cyberbingo.com doesn't respond and the site says under maintenance till further notice? I'm trying to find out who mandates rules for online bingo?

Unfortunately, the email address we used to contact them is no longer active. As this brand is not listed with us, we do not have an alternative contact to reach them.
The other sister casinos are also closed, along with the affiliate program, as far as we know.
