I created account with classic slot and then requested closure of account and refund for any remaining balance but they have a policy of minimum withdrawal of 100 euros so i had to try winning or depositing more but that didnt happen then i had to force the customer service to close my account with the company and their all sister sites but theu didnt and i ended up with a financial loss so i asked for refund and tbey not evwn reply8ng to my emails when i contact cuwtomer service they keep sayong email tjem but i already emailed them past 5 days and getting no response. I habe all the proo and you can also ask for the chat logs from both. companies i hope you can help.
