I need to find out how to forfeit bonus funds to make a withdrawal here.. it looks like it should work the same as the sister sites but wont give me the option once I click it

I did but the slow support answering got me to make a rookie mistake and I played it all out before they checked into it hours later.. probably just be playing without bonuses from now on

no explanation.. just said that by the time they looked into my account there was only $4.95 left and they were bonus funds... irritating none the less but at the end of the day its my fault for not having the patience to wait it out.. I knew better
nessuna spiegazione... ho solo detto che quando hanno controllato il mio conto erano rimasti solo $ 4,95 ed erano fondi bonus... comunque irritante ma alla fine è colpa mia se non ho avuto la pazienza di aspettare fuori... lo sapevo meglio

When you make your withdrawal, the bonus funds are automatically taken away. At least that is what happened to me with my withdrawal.
Quando effettui il prelievo, i fondi bonus vengono automaticamente prelevati. Almeno questo è quello che è successo a me con il mio ritiro.
