I was playing live blackjack and they offered an additional side bet call +3 for poker. I was dealt a KQ and the dealer had an Ace. Which would have given me a straight. I wasn't paid for the straight. I contacted the Pitboss would referred me to the tech support. Who didn't answer me for over an hour. I contacted the pitboss again you laughed and ignored me again. I have not been paid for the side bet and this people are impossible to deal with!
