Punt Casino is a complete Scam!!! I made a BTC deposit with a welcome bonus applied. (No terms about a max cashout) As I began playing & winning, a series of free spin bonus codes were applied to my account without my knowledge during my gameplay to stop my winnings. Which automatically removed over $7000 from my balance. (It caught my attn. during gameplay) Then, over 3 days of hearing different reasons each time why this happened via live chat and more excuses why they still will not payout as per T&C after it’s been 72hrs, I strongly suggest everyone stay far away from Punt Casino. They don’t abide by their own T&C and they are crooked frauds that will manipulate your acct. to avoid paying out winnings fair and square. P.S. One of the customer support specialists ended our live chat saying I was banned after I sent photos of my recorded gameplay that proved it was impossible for ME to request free spin bonuses as per the same times as the recorded transaction history, which is what put a cap on the amount of funds that I was allowed to request for withdrawal. Funds I still haven’t received. So unless you want to be scammed, stay away from Punt Casino!!!

I had made a btc deposit of $90 and was actively playing the “no max cashout” welcome bonus “power up new” on 11-9-22. During this time of playing slots for less than 1 hour, I won over $12000 and then all of a sudden, $7200 was erased from my balance. How is it fair for a free spin bonus to automatically appear on my account during this short time period without my knowledge to take away my winnings? How am I supposed to know what happens to my account without my consent as I’m actively playing slots?
