Seems I am another who has been scammed by Betterdicecasino
I played on a virtual game on 31 August. Have winnings but they have not been transferred to my account. Showing as no return on game history.
Have all the screenshots and emails from game provider who checked that winnings have been processed their end.
Getting nowhere on email.
Any help would be appreciated. I am at my wits end. Keeping me up at nights.
All monies taken from me obviously.

We've received a reply from the Casino Representative and here's what they say:
"This issue has gone up to our technical team and the game provider tech team to allocate this error, the player has been advised that once these teams find the error, the funds will be loaded to his account. I will keep you posted on this once we have an answer from this team."

We've received the following reply from the Casino Representative:
"This case was brought up to the game provider's tech team and ours as well. The player has been waiting for two weeks on this but the delay was in between teams, our boss is now involved in this. I hope it will be resolved by the end of the day or max tomorrow."
Let's wait and see if this issue will be resolved until Friday.

Since we haven't heard from the player regarding this case and the Casino Representative confirmed that the winnings were sent to the player on 21st September, we're now going to mark this case as resolved.
