In the last two weeks I've experienced betchain delayed cashouts through Bitcoin wich is supposed to be instant is now taking over 12 hours , support don't reply to emails, unavailable on live chat constantly, no Twitter responses or Facebook , I've sent pm to support through multiple forums like this one and on all points of contact many players are experiencing the same issue,
Is this casino even running ? Is anyone there ? Any updates ? Anything

It would seem as if patience is key with this casino. They seem to have limited support hours and no support on the weekends.
So my guess if you don't hear from them by tomorrow morning. Then I would follow up with an angry note if required. Otherwise it's only been 12 hours. The listing here on LCB, says 24 hours for a pay out. So your still within the time frame for pay outs.Sembrerebbe che la pazienza sia la chiave in questo casinò. Support contacted me and were aware of the issues and are in the process of correcting the issue now that it has been to brought to thier attention, they were very sincere and we found resolution
