I tried to make a withdrawal of $1020 through wiretransfer of the bank account I use to fund my BetBigDollar account and they waited 48 hours then told me that everything was good and I would receive my money within 7-10 business days as I was very happy to hear that but it has been a bit over two weeks now and I have received nothing from them as well as I have called on 3 separate occasions and asked what was going on with it and every time they told me that they were having issues with the servers but not to worry because the finance team has paid me out and it would be there by Wednesday the 14th but it is now Friday and still nothing and no replies to my emails so I’m pretty sure that they are not paying me like they had said and I really hope that this isn’t happening to anyone else and I could really use some help trying to get my money into my account if LCB knows what I should do because I have only been polite and patient and I feel very disrespected as well as I have sent them many other customers and I don’t want this happening to them either
