I am having problems with Bet2U
I registered with them on November 2019 and since then I have played with them.
At one point in 2020 I Had 3800+ EUR on my account. I asked them to make a withdrawal to my Neteller account which I made my deposit with.
They asked me to complete the verification process (sending documents and a skype video call) which I completed. Then I was able to make a withdrawal and my withdrawal was partially completed (500 eur sent to my bank account instead of Neteller account).
After that I was told that I should ask for the remaining 3300 via separate 500 eur bank withdrawals. I also tried to contact with Neteller VIP support as it was a promotion on Neteller which got me registered with Bet2U. They told me that they have spoken with Bet2U representative and that my withdrawals should now be processed, but since then nobody has spoken with me from Bet2U and none of my withdrawals have reached my bank account.
Since then I have tried to ask for numerous 500 eur bank transfers to my bank but none of those has been completed. When I try to get in touch with them they just reply that my request has been transferred to the relevant department and I will receive a reply, but it has now been more than 2 years, I have sent them more then 10 e-mails and have been on live chat numerous times with the same response.
Could you please give me any suggestion on how could I get in touch with their "relevant department" in order to finally receive my money?

Mi hanno detto che hanno parlato con il rappresentante di Bet2U e che i miei prelievi ora dovrebbero essere elaborati, ma da allora nessuno ha più parlato con me da Bet2U e nessuno dei miei prelievi ha raggiunto il mio conto bancario.
Da allora ho provato a chiedere numerosi bonifici da 500 euro alla mia banca ma nessuno di questi è stato portato a termine. Quando provo a mettermi in contatto con loro mi rispondono semplicemente che la mia richiesta è stata trasferita al dipartimento competente e riceverò una risposta, ma sono passati più di 2 anni, ho inviato loro più di 10 e-mail e sono stato in chat dal vivo numerose volte con la stessa risposta.
Potreste darmi qualche suggerimento su come posso mettermi in contatto con il loro "dipartimento competente" per ricevere finalmente i miei soldi?
