the same thing happened to me, my account email : malumagandi321@gmail.com , 1090 euro. i requested a withdraw 27.05.2022 and then after 1 month of waiting they asked for skype verification, after this they blocked my account with 23.5 23.6 points which is about a third party using my account . This is bullshit reasoning, i try to ask for explanations and proof they dont reply any of my emails. At least i would like to get my money back ! this is so much for me! but as i see they use this point to block a lot of account which explains their scam scheme.
