I have a delayed cryptocurrency withdrawal with this casino. According to their payments page Litecoin withdrawals are supposed to be processed in 24 hours. Anyone reading this can see it stated on the webpage (https://www.bet24-7.online/en/info/payments-footer) and I have also attached a screenshot taken from my phone showing this. There are a few worrying factors that have led me to speedily make this complaint. Firstly, the casino's communication strategy on this issue, and on other issues in general. I have made a number of queries to the finance department even before I made a withdrawal request and not once have they ever responded. I have also emailed twice asking about this withdrawal and they haven't responded. The live chat could not even confirm receipt of the emails and previously, even when I submitted verification documents and asked for confirmation of receipt, I was met with radio silence. In fact it was only while talking to the live chat agent yesterday that I was told that I was actually verified, because I was concerned about that as well . In sum, the casino's communication strategy is terrible: When you go to the live chat you are told to go to email finance, but then finance never responds, and in addition to that, the live chat is incapable of communicating with finance. What is someone supposed to do in this situation? What is further concerning is that the practice of severely delayed withdrawals seems to not be a one-off occurrence, but seems to be happening everywhere you look once you search the casino online. Having now searched online about this casino (I wish I had researched more before depositing) it is now apparent that lots of people have had to wait for their withdrawals for an absurd amount of time, and every time when the issue was finally resolved there was the copy and paste statement that this was an exceptional circumstance and steps had been taken to prevent it from happening in the future. Clearly if it happens more than once then it isn't an “exceptional circumstance”. The fact that it has happened more than once is very worrying to me. All of these factors have made me very alarmed and thus I feel compelled to lay a complaint in order to get this resolved as soon as possible. Quite frankly I am not in a position to wait a number of days for this withdrawal, let alone weeks as some people have done so with this casino.

Firstly, I have noticed that the email was just a copy and paste type of email that the finance department sends out when people are complaining. When I searched complaints online I saw people getting that exact email. But I just emailed them again because it's now been 48 hours and that's double the waiting time they stated. Because they gave me a standard email response I'm really hoping that they'll give you a more personalized response with a timeline for resolution when you manage to talk to them.Ciao di nuovo
