This is about my experience playing in the Virtual casino. I just registered in the casino and played the Welcome bonus here. I have won a big sum of money - 4 700 EUR. I successfully verified my account but could not log in there shortly after. So, I asked the chat and they told me that i have breached the terms but they would not be able to assist me and gave me the email I should contact for the explanation. When I contacted them all i got was the instruction how to change the password. I have no doubt the casino just took my money without any reason...
