Hello, I just got time to address and send this complaint in back on an issue from earlier this year (August). I signed up for a used a code I had found on site here for this casino and was able to get through the playthrough and go for a cashout. I am very familiar with the restrictions associated with these codes so always make sure to look at all of the terms prior to wasting my time clearing these massive playthroughs. The major restriction from this family of sites is that you are unable to use two consecutive no deposit codes and then withdraw anything. Knowing this I went to my history section and checked prior to starting my play. As you will see in the screenshot I had attempted a few prior to getting this code to successfully work but the history looks pretty clear to me in how it is displayed. You can see that only one code shows "redeemed" which fits with my memory as well.
I submit my withdrawal request and I am told I need to make a verification deposit prior (standard) so I do so and then request my cash out.
After around a week of waiting my cash out is denied for using two codes consecutively which feels extremely problematic. Here is my complaint and rationale:
1.) The history section of their site shows ONE redeemed promo code (KITKAT30). It shows two other codes requested but not redeemed. This is what I remember as well.... attempting a few before the KITKAT30 finally worked. Now, even if I am playing devils advocate this feels like an issue with their player transaction history that I don't feel I should be punished for. How could any user know if they are in compliance with their code restrictions or not if you can't even trust your own history section??? If I checked and saw two redeemed codes I wouldn't have wasted my time. Support has yet to understand my concern with their history section not showing the information they are using to deny my withdrawal. It is clear how the section works and I would view any missing transaction information a significant concern for more than just this..... but support does not think this is a problem at all. Players will just need to blindly trust supports statements despite not being able to see the same information.
2.) I felt if this was a problem it was unethical to not mention until after the verification deposit was made. It felt like a tactic to get a deposit from a player even though they know it will not be used for anything. After finding out about the problem I requested to withdraw my verification deposit without any play through or minimums because of the situation and was also denied.
Summary, I believe I am owed my requested withdrawal due to the fact that, if what they say is actually the case, there is zero way for me the player to have known I was playing in violation of bonus terms due to their transaction history missing information. If this section shows two redeemed bonus codes it would be on me as the player. As the section shows still to this day, with only one redeemed code, this is a casino issue. When a system error causes a player to be missing the exact information you are using to claim a terms violation.....how could any player base trust exist? As I have explained to their support.... if what they say is the truth there is ZERO way I could have known and still am only able to blindly trust information unavailable to me.
I feel if the casino is okay with this situation lcb should reconsider allowing them to promote on site simply because of how much of a trust/verification issue this creates.
