I won a jackpot at the Sunrise casino and was fully verified and so was my bank. I requested a withdrawal in may and it was approved June 6th. they were suppose to send a wire transfer and still to this day my bank has no knowledge of any transfer. I still have not been paid and it has been over a month since i requested my withdrawal. I call everyday and all they tell me is i have to wait and that they escalated my problem but io never hear anything back.

Sorry to hear that you are facing this kind of issue. Please be advised that Sunrise Casino is completely unresponsive. We have tried several times to get in touch with them but without any response thus far, obviously they do not want to cooperate with the complaints. With that being said we are not able to help you with this brand. Once we hear back from them we will take care of your case and forward it to Casino Rep.
