CS - Dani: We have noticed that your error is a computer based problem. In order for it to be solve we kindly ask you to follow carefully all of the below mention directions.
First open an internet browser, once there:
A. Go to Tools
B. Internet options
C. General Tab, in here you need to:
a. Delete the cookies
b. Delete Temporary Files.
D. Click OK.
Second you need to open any folder from your computer. Then:
A. Go to tools
B. Folder Options
C. View Tab. Once here you need to:
a. In advanced settings expand the Files and Folder options
b. Expand the hidden Files and Folders
c. Make sure the show hidden files and folders option is marked.
D. Hit apply and Ok.
3rd. You will need to uninstall and reinstall DSI Poker. Before reinstalling you need to:
A. Go to start in your computer.
B. Click on Search
C. Choose the all files and folder option
D. Submit DSI Poker as the name of what you will be looking for in your computer.
E. If you find any file or folder that has DSI Poker in it, delete it.
F. local disk/users/name of the user here/appdata/local/DSI Poker/ delete the file client.set

CS - Dani: Abbiamo notato che il tuo errore è un problema basato sul computer. Affinché il problema possa essere risolto ti chiediamo gentilmente di seguire attentamente tutte le indicazioni sotto riportate.
Per prima cosa apri un browser Internet, una volta lì:
R. Vai su Strumenti
B. Opzioni Internet
C. Scheda Generale, qui è necessario:
UN. Elimina i cookie
B. Elimina file temporanei.
D. Fare clic su OK.
In secondo luogo è necessario aprire qualsiasi cartella dal tuo computer. Poi:
R. Vai agli strumenti
B. Opzioni cartella
C. Scheda Visualizza. Una volta qui devi:
UN. Nelle impostazioni avanzate espandi le opzioni File e Cartella
B. Espandi i file e le cartelle nascosti
C. Assicurati che l'opzione mostra file e cartelle nascosti sia contrassegnata.
D. Premi Applica e OK.
3°. Dovrai disinstallare e reinstallare DSI Poker. Prima di reinstallare è necessario:
A. Vai su Start nel tuo computer.
B. Fare clic su Cerca
C. Scegli l'opzione Tutti i file e le cartelle
D. Invia DSI Poker come nome di ciò che cercherai nel tuo computer.
E. Se trovi un file o una cartella che contiene DSI Poker, eliminalo.
F. disco locale/utenti/nome dell'utente qui/appdata/local/DSI Poker/ elimina il file client.set
Infine vai a questo link http://www.2betdsi.com/online-poker/ e scarica nuovamente il programma. Tieni presente che se uno qualsiasi di questi passaggi non viene eseguito correttamente, continuerai a riscontrare gli stessi problemi di connessione.
