For us newbies can you explain what a "LPB FREEROLL" is. As you can see, I'm going into this blindly..LOL. Now i basically know how to play Texas Hold 'Em so thats not a problem, but where can I go for rules on this tournament? Where can I practice without real money?

If you want to practice, you can play for play money on Full Tilt Poker.
If you log in to the site and look just under the Full Tilt Poker sign you will be able to see two types of play with a little "radio button" next to each one - one says "Real Money" and the other says "Play Money". Click on the Play Money button and then click on either "sit and go" or "tournaments". Make sure the "all" tab is highlighted and then scroll down a bit you will find some play money "sit and go" games or "tournaments" depending on which one you selected.
A sit and go game is where a set number of people (usually 6 or 9) sit at one table and buy into the game with a set amount of funds. An example would be a buy in of 250 chips. When you sit down at the table, you will receive 1500 chips to play with and you all get the same amount of chips. As the game goes on players get knocked out and depending on how many start, depends on how many places get paid. If 9 start then 3 get paid a share of total chips (example would be 9 players buy in at 250 chips each so therefore there is a prize pool of 2250 chips (250 x 9).
If you manage to finish in the last 3 (as in the scenario above) you will win a prize of play chips - 1st gets 1125, 2nd gets 675 and 3rd gets 450.
A tournament is where any number up to a maximum can play - an example would be a maximum of 900 players. As the game starts, you are seated at a table as are the other 899 players. So there would be 100 tables with 9 people at each table. As the game progresses and people get knocked out, they "balance the tables" by moving people so for example if there were 450 left there would be 50 tables with 9 people at each table. So you can get moved around quite a lot during a tournament. Depending on the number of starters depends on how many get paid.

Se accedi al sito e guardi proprio sotto l'insegna di Full Tilt Poker potrai vedere due tipi di gioco con un piccolo "pulsante di opzione" accanto a ciascuno: uno dice "Soldi veri" e l'altro dice "Gioca Soldi". Clicca sul pulsante Play Money e poi clicca su "sit and go" o "tornei". Assicurati che la scheda "tutti" sia evidenziata e poi scorri un po' verso il basso, troverai alcuni giochi "sit and go" o "tornei" con soldi finti a seconda di quello che hai selezionato.
