I'm wondering now if I should try to pursue the $150 I had been waiting for from Vip Lounge awhile back. I never got it I'm pretty sure I used MONSTER75. I have always been careful to check with them first or give a few codes for them to tell me what I can use. Since I have deposited there in between free chips I still tried to cover myself and not give them any reason to screw me over. If a chip has NEW in it, it's most likely for a new player. Does any one know what kind of code MONSTER75 was/is? It still burns me up that they did this to me. And I want to pursue it still. Any input would be so appreciated. I used a free chip on my first withdrawal ever from Silver Oak. I wasn't supposed to use that code, they helped me put it in and take it out. Thank goodness they didn't fight me. Ingrid, if this bonus was limited to those people who came in thru an affiliate, why was Helwin permitted to redeem it in the first place? Surely there must be a way for you- as well as other online casinos- to prevent players from redeeming a code that does not apply to them or for which they are not eligible?

Ingrid, se questo bonus era limitato a quelle persone che sono arrivate tramite un affiliato, perché a Helwin è stato permesso di riscattarlo in primo luogo? Sicuramente deve esserci un modo per te, così come per altri casinò online, per impedire ai giocatori di riscattare un codice che non si applica a loro o per il quale non hanno diritto?
Se i casinò online (soprattutto RTG) non vogliono pagare con fiches gratuite, perché consentire in primo luogo il riscatto iniziale del coupon? -

This is a good question and one I believe the RTG software has the capabilities to do. I know for example the Club World group has theirs set so ND chips cannot be accepted for depositing players, and at Casino 33 they have set theirs to recognize whether a second free chip in a row s being attempted and gives a "cannot be redeemed" message.
It is quite possible that a similar setting, one that meets your casinos own requirements yet still lets a player be somewhat assured that a code entered is one he will be able to fullfill all the T&C with a reasonable expectation of having it honored at completion.
What I do not know about is whether it can be set to recognise an Affiliation and link that player to their affiliate, in regards to a bonus code.

I downloaded one of the Top Game casinos, went to chat
as it said to do to claim the bonus, and was told by chat
that i did NOT download from the link i was trying to get
the bonus for, i said yes i did.. chat told me i downloaded

This is a very delayed reaction on my part. I just read Ingrid Evans post in addressing my issue about a withdrawal on a free chip awhile back. Thanks for taking some interest in this, but it would have been less disappointing had someone told me that this chip was not for me and I was not going to get paid. Sooner or sometime thru later would have been much more humane. I had to dig it out of support after waiting and checking on status of it forever. It was a bit humiliating even for someone of my profession. It's the lack of personal consideration for the player, everyone is treated the same, by the numbers, or the book, or by the "crime" committed. Doesn't anyone there ever look at a players overall character and make a decision or an exception that this player has been following your rules and is serious about what they are doing. My time is more valuable to me than the $150 you say I was not entitled to. The playthrough and the waiting for nothing really took an effort on my part. Grazie per esserti interessato a questo, ma sarebbe stato meno deludente se qualcuno mi avesse detto che questo chip non era per me e che non sarei stato pagato. Prima o poi sarebbe stato molto più umano. Ho dovuto toglierlo dal supporto dopo aver aspettato e controllato lo stato per sempre. È stato un po' umiliante anche per qualcuno della mia professione. È la mancanza di considerazione personale per il giocatore, tutti vengono trattati allo stesso modo, dai numeri, dal libro o dal "reato" commesso. Nessuno lì guarda mai il carattere generale di un giocatore e prende una decisione o un'eccezione sul fatto che questo giocatore ha seguito le tue regole ed è serio riguardo a ciò che sta facendo. Per me il mio tempo è più prezioso dei 150 dollari a cui dici che non avevo diritto. Il gioco e l'attesa del nulla hanno richiesto davvero uno sforzo da parte mia. So I clicked on "forgot password" and I put my email address in and they said my password was sent to my email. I opened the email that they sent me and it was the same password that I have always had there. So I tried to login again and it kept telling me "invalid login name or password" I tried to reply to the email that they sent me and got a notice that the email was undeliverable. Anybody know what's going on? Thanks

Ho provato a rispondere all'e-mail che mi hanno inviato e ho ricevuto un avviso che l'e-mail non era recapitabile. Qualcuno sa cosa sta succedendo? Grazie

I just tried logging in and am now having the same problems as you all. Even tried registering a new account <not that I condone that sort of thing..cough cough> and got a message telling me it could not communicate with the server at this time. luvkitty you could be on to something.
