I have received several email notices the past week from many of the casinos who typically have offered those NDB that we all eagerly redeem...telling me that in order to redeem the 'special appreciation chip', I must CALL. I am wondering if that will be the new trend now, to cut down on the abuse of the free chips. Have any of you received those emails, if so, have you called to redeem? I don't plan on it. Appears as though our no deposit bonus coupons may be dying by the wayside!

I was just going to post on this myself...
I too have recieved the emails, and now I must call to get my free chip. I don't deposit at all the casinos, so I know there is no way to get those free chips if I call.
It does indeed look like a change is in the air.
I noticed this last week too, and with it happening again it looks like this is the way it is going to be from now on. >:(
