Who told you only one of them can be used???
If they are both in the promotions, they should both available to you, and you can use them. If you look at the T&C for each promo, it says only one bonus per house/family/computer...If this is what you are refering to, this only refers to this one promotion, not two promos, side by side. Each one is spelled out individually, and treated as such.
Actually, If you have a good rapore with your casino rep, and are a regular depositor, some of these T & C's can also be taken acception to.
For instance, At ABSOLUTE SLOTS, where I was a regular depositor, I had a promo that was only to be used once in a month...I went into chat and asked them if I could use it again, after about 5 minutes, talking with the supervisor..they let me use it indefinately.
Don't be afraid ask.

Se sono entrambi presenti nelle promozioni, dovrebbero essere entrambi a tua disposizione e puoi utilizzarli. Se guardi i T&C per ogni promozione, dice solo un bonus per casa/famiglia/computer... Se è questo ciò a cui ti riferisci, si riferisce solo a questa promozione, non a due promo, affiancate. Ognuno è spiegato individualmente e trattato come tale.
In realtà, se hai un buon rapporto con il rappresentante del tuo casinò e sei un depositante abituale, alcuni di questi T&C possono anche essere accettati.
Ad esempio, su ABSOLUTE SLOT, dove depositavo regolarmente, avevo una promozione da utilizzare solo una volta al mese... sono entrato in chat e ho chiesto se potevo usarla di nuovo, dopo circa 5 minuti, parlando con il supervisore...mi hanno lasciato usarlo a tempo indeterminato.
Non aver paura chiedi.

i thought the same thing....when i first went to the cashier i saw both promotions and decieded to claim the $5.00 one first, when that was gone i went back to try and claim the $10.00 and it was no longer there,....sometimes with rival casinos you have to wait 1 hour before you can claim another freebe, so i waited almost 2 hours and tried again, but it still wasn't there......i then contacted customer support and asked what happened to the free $10.00 and was told that i already claimed the $5.00 and i could only claim one promotion, and believe me i raised hell about that because there is no mention of only being able to claim one, and then they proceeded to tell me that it states that one a certain website [which i tried to look up and of course didn't find the site they were talking about]....anyways i always find that when a casino can't honor there promotions, then i can't trust the place with my own money....
