yeah they need your email so they can pull up your acct and therefore help you.... i'm not sure why thats lost on you but its basic. Also you should stop and think before calling them a scam just because you didnt read the terms and conditions when you created your acct. This goes for the rest of you who want to insult the support staff who are just trying to do their jobs. They don't make the rules. They can only do what they are allowed. I requested them on October first and I was told by the live agent Jon that detective doesn't do monthly reward spins , so I'm guessing I was lied to then which is become the custom the live agents lie about almost everything . So annoying

Li ho richiesti il primo ottobre e l'agente Jon mi ha detto che il detective non offre giri premio mensili, quindi immagino che mi abbiano mentito, cosa che ormai è diventata un'abitudine per gli agenti di mentire su quasi tutto. Davvero fastidioso.

Yeah it sucks because I had no idea until you read the rewards for being an investigator it says a free 100 guaranteed spins. So they were able to do for September but not for August...which sucked but I was grateful to even get the 100 in the first place. I would just message them again Vince
Sì, fa schifo perché non ne avevo idea finché non ho letto i premi per essere un investigatore, c'era scritto 100 giri gratuiti garantiti. Quindi sono riusciti a farlo per settembre ma non per agosto... il che è stato uno schifo, ma ero grato di aver ricevuto i 100 giri fin dall'inizio. Li avrei contattati di nuovo, Vince.
