I have a small tip for NDB play, when you are luckily winning over the max withdrawal and getting close to the end of Playthrough (Wagering requirement : Bonus x 60).
When you finish the Playthrough winning over the max withdrawal (Mostly $180), the balance automatically is to be reset at the max amount. And they don't deduct bonus amount itself from the withdrawal (Some RTG Casinos deduct the bonus, as you might know).
The screenshot above is one spin before, the one below is one spin after the playthrough.
So, if you don't stop there without noticing it (especially Auto Play mode or with bigger bet per spin), you might start to quickly lose the winnings :( 
I am not that lucky player with the chance of winning from NDB, but, I had a few bad experience that I eventually lost all...
I didn't directly ask the support about this NDB mechanism. But, probably the same NDB mechanism is applied to all of affiliates (totally 7~8 casinos, as I know).
Jackpot Capital casinos are very trustworthy in payment, but hopefully they would raise the max withdrawal (up to $300 or more ), because the wagering requirement is as high as 60 x Bonus.

I casinò Jackpot Capital sono molto affidabili nei pagamenti , ma si spera che aumentino il prelievo massimo (fino a $ 300 o più ), perché il requisito di scommessa arriva fino a 60 x Bonus.
