Yesterday I made an explicit request to close my gaming accounts on Starvegas and Starcasino and I was satisfied :)

If I had to "change my mind" for Starvegas I would have to send a written email and I could register again after 30 days while for Starcasino 15 days are enough from closing the account.

For sure I will close other ones like Titanbet...

In the end I'm no longer interested in keeping active accounts where maybe one day I'll win something, at least for me it's better to give it a clean break. Maybe I'll sign up again later...maybe though :)

In the last year I closed my gaming accounts on the same ones you mentioned.

I recently reopened it on Starcasino because I had no particular reasons that pushed me to move away from it other than the absence of interesting promos.

On Starvegas you know the story... and I hope that other friends decide in the same direction.

At Starcasino, remember that if you want to reopen your account, you will be asked to use a different email address than the one you used previously.

I also closed on 32red, Goldbet and bet365... I would like to reopen the latter.

While there are others including siadivincere, casinoplex, titanbet and netbet that I'm thinking of closing.

Now I almost always play on the same ones: PokerStars, William Hill, planetwin365, Stanleybet, Eurobet and Betflag...a little less on Bwin, Snai, betclic and Sisal.

What are your favorites and the ones you use the least lately?

Except for Starvegas, I closed the other accounts due to lack of promotions. Most casinos or gaming sites often become fossilized and are unable to offer interesting offers, cash races, tournaments or any fun initiative. Many offer an interesting welcome bonus, perhaps thinking that this is enough to keep a player.

Regarding the closing of accounts. On Starvegas I closed it exclusively because I never receive promotions while on Starcasino, in addition to never receiving a free bonus or free spins, I found the calendar completely useless. Furthermore, deposit promotions are often 25% and very, very rarely 50 and 100%. Among other things, we add the fact that with the bonuses received and in which I almost always participated I was no longer able to complete the playthrough then the last times I played the slots I got the free spins and I'm talking about Dead or Alive but it is not possible that despite playing for a few hours the winnings during the free spins were almost always below 1 euro. I mean, it's better that you don't give them to me at all... so I feel cheated but enough is enough. By raising the bet and not only on this slot it went even worse. It's not about winning at all costs but honestly this thing has been going on for some time. In fact, that time you win something and I'm not talking about exorbitant amounts but about 30 euros then if I continue playing or change slots the balance never goes up.

The supports of the two casinos asked me the reasons but I simply told them that I wanted to close them and by AAMS regulations they are required to do so :)

As for the other casinos I often play lately on Pokerstars and William Hill but especially on the former, we'll see about the others but for the moment I ignore them precisely because of non-existent or uninteresting promos.

Apart from this, things are getting worse and worse on 32red, especially with the deposit bonuses which are sometimes even 100%, so at most I'll try with the next promotion and if it doesn't work I'll close this account too.

I decided to sign up again especially for the beauty of the site and the presence of some netent games such as DeadorAlive and CosmicFortune.

In particular for the latter which has practically disappeared on other AAMS casinos where I usually play.

And what leistat28 says about the difficulty of achieving playthrough on bonuses is effectively reflected in the wagering requirements which have gone from 25x to 35x.

As far as I know, these are bonuses from 50% to 100% and therefore the margins for converting the funbonus into a real bonus are reduced.

We had already previously discussed winnings during freespins in Netent slots in some other thread... but I don't know if it's more of a sensation than a reality.

The sensations and considerations that each of us develops should be accompanied by statistical data...as is done when playing poker online.

I don't think there is software that collects the outcome of every single spin and organizes the historical data....and even if it were slots, the payout is declared but not the number of cycles in which this percentage must occur.

I have just requested the closure of my account, albeit reluctantly, on Eurobet .

A few days ago I received an email for a sports promo of 50% in real up to a maximum of 20 euros by depositing 40. Nothing to say about the very interesting promo but I'm really tired of not being able to use Paypal anymore and now also the Mastercard card . The thing that angers me the most is that they never explained to me the reasons why I cannot use these payment methods on Eurobet as in reality on other Aams deposit and withdrawal sites without problems. I asked again in chat why I can't deposit with these methods and they replied once again to deposit with others such as paysafecard and skrill. I don't think it's right that the player should have to submit to their absurd rules, especially if you see that PayPal and MasterCard are there on the site. Lately, the policy on deposits/withdrawals has been changing on many AAMS sites, so much so that, for example, top-ups with Paysafecard are no longer even accepted in some.

Eurobet remains one of the few that periodically, to bring customers closer together, offers good deposit offers and therefore I would think long and hard before closing the account.

However, if you were disappointed with their answers and believe that the deposit/withdrawal methods are not differentiated enough then I understand your reaction.

I also recently had some problems on Pokerstars... something that has never happened before.

There are some sites that I try to keep close even if something annoying may come up from time to time.

I decided to close the account because I almost always have more availability on Paypal while on Postepay I only have money when I withdraw. I use Skrill very little, however on the Mastercard I can deposit without paying commissions but on Eurobet, unlike other sites, if I deposit with this card and enter the securcode of the key then the transaction is rejected even though there is money in the account. The transaction is obviously also rejected with Paypal and they haven't resolved it for almost a year despite having pointed it out myriads of times both by email and in chat so since they didn't really care about giving me an answer on these problems I sent them an email to get me to close them the bill. Up to now still no response after several hours of contacting them so imagine what their level of seriousness could be. At this point they can do as they want... I honestly don't care about them or the promotions.

Lately I've been using Betflag, Sportpesa and I would say almost all of them either for the free promos like Bwin and Gioco Digitale or for the deposit promos except the prohibitive ones and with absurd requirements.

They only responded to me this afternoon that the competent department will take care of it. I already imagine that they won't do anything because every time I received the usual response by email. Note that email support is very lacking...
