Seeing that I try to keep up on information related to US online casinos I found that recently there's quite a bit of information out there that's been circulating that involves a potential legalization of online gambling in the US. I know that since the UIGEA it's been very difficult on online casinos to accept funds from player and to in some cases pay players out... Anyways such a legalization would surely reverse this and it would be like it was a few years back... Hopefully Microgaming, Playtech and Cryptologic would come back into the game and start servicing the US industry to allow US players to again start playing.
Anyways if anyone has any further information or knows anything regarding this and or even the reversal of the UIGEA it would be greatly appreciated if you could reply to my post on this subject here on Removed.

As for the question itself, there is a lot of effort in the US to legalize online gambling and some say that it is very close to happening, but it remains to be seen how it all shakes out. Nevada and New Jersey especially are working on how it would and could all be handled and regulated.

Per quanto riguarda la questione in sé, negli Stati Uniti si stanno facendo molti sforzi per legalizzare il gioco d'azzardo online e alcuni dicono che è molto vicino ad accadere, ma resta da vedere come tutto si svilupperà. Il Nevada e il New Jersey, in particolare, stanno lavorando su come tutto ciò potrebbe e potrebbe essere gestito e regolamentato.
