Hi Members,
I went to bed last night and woke with about 5 hours sleep. A few nights ago i slept 4 hours! For me the issue is not being able to sleep. That is not a problem for me. You can throw me on a clothes line and i will pass out.
I can sleep on the couch, a chair, the floor, or the back of a pick truck and i am out like a light in less than 5 minutes. My problem is i don't know when to go to bed. If i go before midnite, that is a rare moment.
I have to have at least 6 hours sleep in order to feel bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morn!!!! Anything less than that and I'm running on adrenaline.
How much sleep to get at night?

Ciao membri,

I'll "sometimes" sleep from 10pm to 5-6 am, but lately I'm sleeping
m-3-4am and then (After 3-4 cups of coffee) I may lay down some more.
I guess the body is getting used to this "Extended" unemployment but still waiting for some good news..Soon would be good"A volte" dormo dalle 22 alle 5-6, ma ultimamente dormo
Presto andrebbe bene -

I've got a brother...When he was a toddler, he could fall asleep just on the floor!
Now he's 20 and I should say since that time nothing changed! lol But now it can be a bath, a car...
I'm just visa-versa! As for number of hours...I need 8 hours at least, 9's just perfect!
Do you know that if women want to look fresh and beautiful in the morning we should fall asleep from 11pm to midnight! I wonder how badly I look every day!?! lolHo un fratello...Quando era piccolo, poteva addormentarsi semplicemente sul pavimento!
Mi chiedo quanto sto male ogni giorno!?! lol -

Lips...no wonder you say you can fall asleep anywhere....if I were running my body down I'd pass out on anything too.....lol

I wondered about you Nal, and your "Toothy Grin"
I remember the book written about JJ Armes (Handicapped private investigator who has made headlines in the past and is a major success)
That guy would sleep only 4 hours a night!! I just can't do that..Even when young, I could go 24-48 hours, but now..No way there.
Quel ragazzo dormirebbe solo 4 ore a notte!! Impossibile.
