I don't know about other cities but i think Chicago has to be one of the worst places to drive. I mean to tell ya they are crazy! Here is the typical rules of the road for a Chicago driver.
When approaching a stop sign....never ever make a complete stop...always roll thru it.
When traffic merges down to one lane.....always always barrel house to the front of the line. NEVER merge with the flow of traffic.
When a driver has on their turn signal....never ever slow down and let them in. Always sped up.
When looking for a parking space...and another car finds it first.....make a mad dash to get the spot first..and when get out of the car walk proud of your accomplishment!
When the light turns yellow....dont slow down and stop! No no no......put your foot to the pedal and screech across that intersection.
When the light turns green....dont wait a split second for the driver in front of you to take off.......Blow your horn frantically at the driver.
When at a four way stop....remember its always you first....even if you just pullled up...by all means you are first!
Always make sure you flip the other driver the bird........call him every name in the book when you feel he is in the wrong even if you are wrong you are always right!
Sometimes when i am in the car...i pretend i have a bebe gun.......and i blow out all there tires..bang bang....lmaooo...it helps!

Quando sei a una fermata a quattro vie.... ricorda che sei sempre tu per primo... anche se ti sei appena fermato... sei sicuramente il primo!
Assicurati sempre di lanciare l'uccello all'altro conducente... chiamalo con tutti i nomi nel libro quando ritieni che abbia torto, anche se hai torto hai sempre ragione!
A volte, quando sono in macchina... faccio finta di avere una pistola da bebe.......e faccio esplodere tutte le gomme..bang bang....lmaooo... aiuta!

Been there, done that. Commonly known as a "Calfornia Stop"

Did that once, but it was accidental. One other time had the other drivers scared as I was driving a lifted PU which was rather nasty looking.

Knew a guy who had one of those "Sound emitters" (Laser, and such) I think nothing beats a good old .45 cal to make you feel better..(No I never have done that!)

Ohhh...It comes and goes with drivers...Only one time I can remember a nasty incident was a (Sorry, but true) female was racing home and they were closing Hwy 84 and she shot into the section just as a guy was putting out cones.
She hit him, broke both legs and arms.
She got 5 years for that...DUI, suspended license already on her sheet...

L'ho fatto una volta, ma è stato accidentale. Un'altra volta gli altri guidatori si sono spaventati mentre guidavo una PU sollevata che aveva un aspetto piuttosto brutto.

Conoscevo un ragazzo che aveva uno di quegli "emettitori di suoni" (laser e simili). Penso che niente batte una buona vecchia calibro .45 per farti sentire meglio... (No, non l'ho mai fatto!)

Ohhh... Va e viene con gli autisti... Solo una volta che ricordo un brutto incidente è stato una donna (mi dispiace, ma è vero) stava correndo verso casa e stavano chiudendo la Hwy 84 e lei è entrata nella sezione proprio mentre un ragazzo stava tirando fuori i coni.
Lo ha colpito, rompendo entrambe le gambe e le braccia.
Si è presa 5 anni per questo... DUI, patente sospesa già sul foglio... -
