You should have asked for a refund on your initial deposit. In another thread you stated that "they asked me for a stupid amount of verification". I remember only having to submit 2 forms of ID which I didnt consider a stupid amount at the time. Im sure if you inform them that all the utility bills are still in your parents name they can suggest an alternative. Maybe they can accept the bank statement that is linked with the credit card you used for this initial deposit. As for the ID, they may be unaware that we issue ID cards for people that have not taken their driving test yet. Let them know that this type of ID is just as good as a drivers license.

I clicked on the redeemed button when it popped up but I DID NOT redeem this bonus. I tried and it said that I did not meet the requirements. I'm unsure what requirement I did not meet. Just a quick update that you didn't qualify for the bonus as your Slotland account id MEGARITCH hasn't been opened via LCB.
If you still want to take Slotland out for a spin, so as follows:
1/ Contact our top notch Slotland Customer Support
2/ Request to have your account being discontinued and WAIT to get this confirmed before moving further
3/ Once your account is closed, open an browser window/tab in an inkognito mode, browse to our Slotland review page here at LCB
4/ Reopen your account, even using the same email, personal info, credentials
5/ Claim the bonus!
