i just registered and the 10 free was not there; teri01666 username. the chat marco.m was very rude saying this bonus doesnt exist. and he asked me why do i want a no deposit bonus anyway..very rude support. he later gave 12 free now just to let you know he tried not giving this bonus. i told him go to lcb.org its advertised there as 10free. he was very wrong to say to me no such bonus. now i feel no way will i argue for a bonus good luck with customers cause i will not be treated this way

This is sometimes the case with no deposit bonuses. if you have claimed a no deposit bonus at a casinos sister casinos then they do not allow you to claim another ND from one of their other brands. I have added this term to my original post to warn members who try to claim this bonus in future.
