    Don't see how I could have gone wrong when I downloaded the casino client from the landing page that clearly mentions the $20 ND bonus; I was specifically waiting for a free chip and not just a freeplay from this site so that is small consolation though obviously better than nothing...

    Other than one casino that locked my account and returned my first deposit because my country was apparently banned from there, I have not had any geographic-related issues claiming free chips at the vast majority of Rivals. A bunch of them did bonus ban me mid last year when I was on a good run but I've been able to claim both deposit and ND promos at casinos I've signed up at since then... Since I am from a country that currently has few people playing online, or even on the internet in general, it is not usually listed among restricted territories on a gaming site's T&Cs and I typically only find out later from support if there is a problem.

    I am sorry it didn't work for you... must have been the tone of my typing laugh_out_loud.  I would wait a while and try to get a different support person. There weren't any free chips but pretty good deposit bonuses.
