4. Perks like this keep the player engaged and willing to be loyal to the platforms instead of going elsewhere to play on another platform (deterred from depositing a certain amount on SL Entertainment sites).
6. This incentive made all SL Entertainment sites stand out among the rest.
That is just to name a few. While it may bother some players more than others due to obvious reasons, I am sure it will be missed and affect everyone that plays on SL Entertainment sites. I am just a bit surprised by the nature of his sudden action.
While players were definitely disappointed by this, we now have an informed decision on promotions that may change at any given time. As players that deposit every week large amounts day after day, we sometimes look forward to this incentive as a token of appreciation and reward for just being loyal to your site.
Thanks for your understanding and consideration of the impact this may have on the player and their relationships with one another.

This is Jack. Thanks for your honest and straightforward feedback on a recent change in one of the terms for the LCB cashback bonus promo.
Personally, I totally understand that this change may have disgruntled some players like you, who on occasions are able to make a cashout and now would receive somewhat lower cashback bonus as a result of this change.
Trust me, we did (and are constantly striving to do) the best we can to continue bringing you the mildest terms possible to accompany this promo, while terms-wise I believe this was the only change for the worse we ever introduced during those past long 12+ years that we had this promo going.
Also, it'd be very difficult if not impossible to weigh in everyone's opinions on what change would still be considered healthy and which one not any more. In the end we simply chose to keep the wagers super-mild, esp for our beloved VIP's -- a group that you also happen to be a proud member of -- at a cost of calculating the cashback amount based on the net loss instead of gross deposits, which we find as still an okay compromise.
Again, sincere apologies for not always being able to bring good news, still hoping the benefits of this promo in general would prevail, giving you some extra reasons to keep coming back to play at our brands, as well as to continue visiting LCB, courtesy of which this promo was originally launched.
Last but not least, to offer at least some sort of a compensation, we'll be soon throwing a cool promo-within-a-promo, and offer all our players visiting this LCB forum thread frequently a chance to earn some juicy extras. Watch this space!!

1. I giocatori sono stati attratti da questa offerta e hanno continuato a registrarsi tramite i link sui siti affiliati.
2. Questo incentivo dà sicurezza al giocatore.
3. Il cashback del 20% è un enorme vantaggio non solo per gli high roller, ma anche per gli altri giocatori.
4. Vantaggi come questo mantengono il giocatore coinvolto e disposto a essere fedele alle piattaforme invece di andare altrove per giocare su un'altra piattaforma (scoraggiandolo dal depositare una certa somma sui siti di SL Entertainment).
6. Questo incentivo ha fatto sì che tutti i siti SL Entertainment si distinguessero dagli altri.
Questo è solo per citarne alcuni. Sebbene possa infastidire alcuni giocatori più di altri per ovvi motivi, sono certo che mancherà e influenzerà tutti coloro che giocano sui siti di SL Entertainment. Sono solo un po' sorpreso dalla natura della sua azione improvvisa.
Sebbene i giocatori ne siano rimasti decisamente delusi, ora abbiamo una decisione informata sulle promozioni che potrebbero cambiare in qualsiasi momento. Sono Jack. Grazie per il tuo feedback onesto e diretto su una recente modifica in uno dei termini della promozione bonus cashback LCB.
Personalmente, capisco perfettamente che questa modifica possa aver scontentato alcuni giocatori come te, che a volte riescono a effettuare un cashout e ora riceverebbero un bonus cashback leggermente inferiore a causa di questa modifica.
Fidatevi, abbiamo fatto (e ci impegniamo costantemente a fare) del nostro meglio per continuare a offrirvi le condizioni più miti possibili per accompagnare questa promozione, anche se credo che per quanto riguarda le condizioni questo sia stato l'unico cambiamento in peggio che abbiamo mai introdotto negli ultimi 12+ anni in cui abbiamo avuto questa promozione in corso.
Inoltre, sarebbe molto difficile, se non impossibile, valutare le opinioni di tutti su quale cambiamento sarebbe ancora considerato sano e quale no. Alla fine abbiamo semplicemente scelto di mantenere le scommesse super-moderate, soprattutto per i nostri amati VIP, un gruppo di cui anche tu sei un orgoglioso membro, a costo di calcolare l'importo del cashback in base alla perdita netta anziché ai depositi lordi, che riteniamo comunque un compromesso accettabile.
Di nuovo, ci scusiamo sinceramente per non essere sempre in grado di darvi buone notizie, sperando ancora che i vantaggi di questa promozione in generale prevalgano, dandovi qualche motivo in più per continuare a giocare nei nostri marchi, nonché per continuare a visitare LCB, per gentile concessione del quale questa promozione è stata originariamente lanciata.
Ultimo ma non meno importante, per offrire almeno una sorta di compensazione, presto lanceremo una fantastica promo-nella-promo e offriremo a tutti i nostri giocatori che visitano questo thread del forum LCB frequentemente la possibilità di guadagnare qualche succoso extra.
