Im pretty impressed that I just blew thru that 100 bucks and didnt make the recent winners scoreboard once. I should have known when i lost the first 30 on cirque de paris before my keurig even finished making my cup of coffee. I did manage to finish drinking the coffee by the time I hit zero.

Tried asking support again about VIP and they said only management can talk about the vip program, and they dont know anything about it. I noticed you didnt answer the last time I asked you too. Why is the VIP program so vague at WAD? Most other casinos I play at, including real life casinos, clearly state their vip program terms and conditions... that provides an incentive to be loyal to that casino. Could you please check with your "management" and get back to us all. I'm sure there are other players too that are curious about this.

I hear you. I've got every single email I ever got from all the casinos I have still in my email inbox. I have a bad habit of never deleting emails lol. I remember emailing that supervisor at WAD, Robert, a while back about this same issue. He ignored multiple emails initially I guess hoping I would go away. He finally replied after more than a month of chasing up with live chat support for responses and multiple emails to him and support. I know multiple other people had similar issues trying to reach him in the past too. What a odd way to behave as being part of the management of an otherwise awesome support team.
I spoke to again more recently too and it was more of the same nonsense from him. Nothing explained clearly about the WAD VIP program at all, except even though I had met the requirements, I wasnt eligible due to factors which he didnt want to discuss. I wonder if Robert even has actual factors he considers, or just makes this garbage up as he goes along.
I've looked at the rewards for the VIP program at WAD based on certain emails some friends have gotten, and they really arent that impressive compared to some of the other programs at other online casinos. Its such a sad situation that WAD disrespects some of its big players this way. Their manager Robert, appears to not care about VIP players... so maybe you are right... maybe they hate that they had a VIP program created in the first place.

Ti sento. Ho ancora nella mia casella di posta ogni singola e-mail che ho ricevuto da tutti i casinò. Ho la cattiva abitudine di non cancellare mai le email lol. Its very strange behaviour for a casino that seems honest in almost every other regard, I've become a VIP in several other casinos and they have helped push me up all the way, but they have no asterisks in their requirements. I have my suspicions since anything that can be hidden with lack of transparency can be milked off by even 1 bad egg. They have lost 80% of the deposit money I have free for the month due to this lack of respect and I feel bad since I know almost all the staff work to push a great brand that such a small percentage could hurt the brand name so much, I guarantee though if you are a millionaire plus you will be accorded VIP treatment, still a good casino and I have hopes for better treatment in the "unfortunately" distant future. Ok people, maybe I shouldnt complain about casino managements decisions... Its agreed it is a stupid set of policies they have in place... which absolutely no other casino (online and offiline) I know of has.
Complaining did no good though. Jacks been online for a bit and hasnt replied yet Plus I got $160 worth of bonuses that vanished instantly, without even a single decent hit... pretty much straight down to zero in record time.
Guess they show their true intentions by screwing with my payout % today.

Jack is online now... and I saw him online some time ago too. But I've communicated with Jack about this VIP stuff before, and he too told me that management (who is basically Robert the "supervisor") controls the decisions about it. Robert has referred to emails as letters before when I emailed him... so maybe hes just out of touch with the developments in casinos. No clue about him, but communicating with that guy is pointless. Very different from talking to everyone else at WAD, who seem to go above and beyond and truly understand customer service.

/Although bound by NDA and obviously not going to share the criteria in full, maybe I can satisfy (or pique?) your curiosity a bit by saying that there is actually an algo responsible for picking candidates for VIP which does its job by calculating more than a dozen criteria (of which the amount deposited and the number of months being with us only paint partial picture). Apart from playing patterns it's taking into consideration things like number and frequency of various transactions made by the player, ratio of this over that, etc. which shows

I write postive reviews and had done so in the past for most of the casinos I've played at. However, I'm also known a fighter when things go wrong or something is unjust. You dont seem to realise that it is not just me thats upset with your casinos vip program. There are loads of other people that are upset too as shown by the few posts in this thread plus the comments I've gotten from other players in PMs and emails, and on other forums over the last year. You have a major flaw in the casino you work for which you say you are unable to do anything about even though you are the casino rep for them.
I run a very successful business myself, and I've learned to listen to my customers as they make me my money. When they complain, I listen carefully, and try and improve things as quickly as possible. I dont want you to just sympathize or talk down to me and the others, like you have done. I wanted you to take our complaints and fix something that is broken at your casinos. I also want you to hold Robert responsible for not fixing this nonsense when I brought it up to him multiple times already.
Rather than doing any of that, you told all of us to "shut up" or lose out on our bonuses for 3 months. That is a silly threat, and an attempt at silencing all of us, thats what I meant by attempting to censoring us. And that is what took an otherwise happy person to get upset and start fighting for what is right.
I dont like it when issues are not resolved at companies... and I dont want threats to be sent out when people complain about something that you have agreed is messed up. I want to hear this is something your casinos are going to do their best to fix!
But I also understand you are saying you are completely helpless when it comes to resolving this issue, so bring on Robert to LCB. He is active on another forum I'm on, so bring him too to LCB unless he is too scared to come on?
That would be the right thing to do. I know some of the mods on LCB too have issues with that guys lack of communication skills. At least one employee at Slotland has complained about it to me too. So why not attempt to fix whats broken Jack? Why not a step in that direction, instead of threatening us that if we talk about this issue we will be harmed?
These comments are so damn disappointing to read from you Jack. You're not the amazing Casino support rep that I used to think you were anymore man. Whats the real truth, are you scared to confront Robert or something? Or does Robert just not care about his customers? Why wont you bring forth this issue to Robert and have him answer all of us? Or even better, fix the issue and say you are working on a new VIP program. After all, thats what everyone wants.

Ci sono un sacco di altre persone che sono arrabbiate, come dimostrato dai pochi post in questo thread oltre ai commenti che ho ricevuto da altri giocatori nei PM, nelle e-mail e su altri forum nell'ultimo anno. Hai un grave difetto nel casinò per cui lavori per il quale dici di non essere in grado di fare nulla anche se sei il rappresentante del casinò per loro.
Io stesso gestisco un'attività di grande successo e ho imparato ad ascoltare i miei clienti mentre mi fanno guadagnare soldi. Quando si lamentano, ascolto attentamente e cerco di migliorare le cose il più rapidamente possibile. Non voglio che tu semplicemente simpatizzi o parli con me e gli altri, come hai fatto. Volevo che accettaste le nostre lamentele e aggiustaste qualcosa che non funzionava nei vostri casinò. Voglio anche che tu ritenga Robert responsabile di non aver risolto queste sciocchezze quando gliel'ho già sollevato più volte.
Invece di fare una cosa del genere, hai detto a tutti noi di "stare zitti" o di perdere i nostri bonus per 3 mesi. Questa è una sciocca minaccia e un tentativo di metterci a tacere tutti, questo è ciò che intendevo con tentativo di censurarci. E questo è ciò che ha portato una persona altrimenti felice ad arrabbiarsi e iniziare a lottare per ciò che è giusto.
Non mi piace quando i problemi non vengono risolti nelle aziende... e non voglio che vengano inviate minacce quando le persone si lamentano di qualcosa che hai concordato sia incasinato. Voglio sapere che questo è qualcosa che i tuoi casinò faranno del loro meglio per risolvere!
Ma capisco anche che stai dicendo che sei completamente impotente quando si tratta di risolvere questo problema, quindi porta Robert a LCB. È attivo su un altro forum in cui sono presente, quindi portalo anche su LCB a meno che non sia troppo spaventato per entrare?
Sarebbe la cosa giusta da fare. So che anche alcuni mod di LCB hanno problemi con la mancanza di capacità di comunicazione di quel ragazzo. Anche almeno un dipendente di Slotland se ne è lamentato con me. Allora perché non tentare di riparare ciò che è rotto Jack? Perché non fare un passo in quella direzione, invece di minacciarci che se parliamo di questo tema verremo danneggiati?
Questi commenti sono così dannatamente deludenti da leggere da te, Jack. Non sei più lo straordinario rappresentante dell'assistenza del casinò che pensavo fossi più, amico. Qual è la verità, hai paura di affrontare Robert o qualcosa del genere? Oppure a Robert semplicemente non importa dei suoi clienti? Perché non sottoponi questo problema a Robert e chiedi a lui di rispondere a tutti noi? O ancora meglio, risolvi il problema e dì che stai lavorando a un nuovo programma VIP. Dopotutto, è quello che vogliono tutti.
